Not receiving system emails

Have you checked your Email Spam folder or any Spam/Virus firewall your computer may be running on? If your computer is on an office network, these Spam blockers can be strict at times.

Notification emails are sent from "noreply@TrackSmart-emails.com," so make sure you have that email address added to your safe sender list (i.e., whitelist the @tracksmart-emails.com domain).

Employee related:

Is this issue happening for all employees or is only one being singled out? Which employees have you experienced this with.

    We have checkd all the spam and whitelists. My managers are not recieving email notifications and are not able to see the dash board on thier sign in page.

    I am having the same issue where one of my employees (a supervisor) is not receiving e-mail requests and they are not in his spam folder or being blocked in any way.

    My employees are not receiving the emails when I send the invitation for self-service invitation.

    I'm the only one that ever receives the Tracksmart emails on Fridays.

    I'm receiving the same issue where one of my supervisors are not receiving emails for time off requests or submission of time sheet. It is not going to spam.

    Our supervisors all receive the time off requests but none receive the submission of time sheet.
