Submit a Request

Manage Employee Time-off Requests

Alex Duran -

    1. Click Attendance in the top menu bar to view your Calendar
    2. Select Time-off Requests in the sub-menu or click the Time-off Requests icon above your Calendar.
    3. The Time-off Requests page will present a table of all your employees' time-off requests.
    4. All columns can be sorted to your preference
    5. Click the Review Request icon at the far right of a request to open its form
    6. Review the information within the form and choose whether to Approve or Decline the request. Both options will send a notification email to the employee with your optional message.
      • Approve - Records the request as an Absence onto the Calendar
      • Decline - Deletes the request permanently

    I need to check that the correct manager is getting the time-off requests as I don't think they are going to his inbox. How can I check that setting?

    I would like to be able to clock off dates when we are no longer accepting time off requests for them.

    Can the administrator be notified when a supervisor has approved or declined an employee's request? If not, is there a report to run that would show the date and time it was approved or declined?

    Is there a way to adjust an employee's time off?  For example, if we wanted to give each employee an extra pto day on their birthday or make extra pto an incentive/reward and add the PTO to existing PTO.

    There is a limit to the number of entries that can be put in for time off request. Is this something that can be changed in settings?
