Submit a Time Sheet

Time Sheets in the "Not Submitted" and "Rejected" statuses may be edited and submitted to your Administrator and Supervisor

  1. Go to https://employees.tracksmart.com 
  2. Log in with your email address and password
     
  3. Click the Manage Time Worked button from your dashboard
     
  4. Fill out your times worked. If they're In & Out slots, be sure to select AM or PM accordingly
     
  5. Add any optional notes in the notes field provided if you feel they're necessary
     
  6. Click the Save button
     
  7. When you're Time Sheet is completed for the workweek, check the I certify checkbox and click the Submit to Admin button.
    *Once a time sheet has been submitted, you may not make any further edits.*

       8. Click the Submit to Admin button in the confirmation message

    We have a small office.  How does the admin person enter the time sheets rather than the employees?
