Editing an existing Time Off Plan

Here are the steps to edit an existing time off plan:

  1. Click on "Preferences", that is located on the top right hand corner.
  2. In the "Preferences" page, select the "Time-off Plans" option:
  3. In the "Time-off Plans" page, select the plan that you would like to edit by clicking on the "Pen & Paper" icon on the plan:

 

    4. Once the edit icon has been clicked on, an "Edit Plan" pop up appears with the "Time-off Plan" that was originally made. Here's an example:

    5. Here members can edit this "Time-off Plan" to reflect their company's time off policy. **Please remember to click on the "Save & Close" button so changes can be applied.**
