There are many benefits to inviting your employees or volunteers to TrackSmart Scheduling:
- Employees can log in and see when they work
- Employees can set regular hours that they can’t work, as well as request timeoff
- Employees can request to swap shifts with other employees
Simply visit the “Employees” section and add your employees, including their email address. TrackSmart Scheduling will automatically send them an invite email. You can always add an email address at a later date if you don't know it, but an email is required to send an invite.
