Printing a Calendar

To print a schedule that looks like a calendar, switch to either the week or month calendar, and then simply click the print icon. TrackSmart Scheduling will create a PDF of exactly what you see on the screen.

By filtering your schedule, you can create many different types of printouts (such as specific printouts for each employee).

Print a Simple List

What’s great about printing a list of your shifts, is you get a lot more options. Printing a list allows you to:

• Select the employee schedule dates you want to print
• And if you want to make it easy for you to keep written notes, you can choose to print each day on a separate page.
