Enabling Your Organization to Give Up Shifts
Before your employees will be able to give up shifts, you'll need to enable this feature in your account. When you're logged in to your account, click on "Settings" and select the "Swap & Open Shift Settings"
In "Swap Settings", change the option from "No" to "Yes" in the "Allow my employees to give up shifts:"
Giving Up a Shift
Once you've enabled your employees to give up their shift, they'll see the option to give up their shifts on the dashboard.
A shift that is given up will automatically become open for anyone in the organization to take. However, an employee will still be responsible for her shift, until another member of the team picks it up on the dashboard.
